All the Way From Peru: the Rock Band Contracorriente
Directly from the land of the Incas and Machu Picchu, Peru. Contracorriente is a band that know what they are doing. Considered by many as the "Next Big Thing" to come out of South America, these guys play huge shows and festivals in their region and have shared stage with major bands like Iron Maiden, Alice in Chains, Sepultura and many others. They have been quoted by people like Adrian Smith of Iron Maiden and Paula Abdul of American Idol as "inspirational" and "full of energy".
